Capture. Receipts are read the moment they’re uploaded and land on the report already coded to the right category, department and project.

Check spend. Ask in plain English: “Summarize Marketing’s spend against budget for Q3.” “Who is over budget?”

Flag exceptions. Duplicate claims, split purchases, spend over limits and missing receipts are flagged before approval.

Merchant, date, amount, currency and tax are read from the receipt and added to the report.

Each line is coded to the right category, department and project, ready to review.

Spots the same receipt claimed twice before it’s approved.

Flags purchases broken up to stay under an approval limit.

Over-limit spend and missing receipts are called out, with the reason, before approval.

Ask about spend by team, project or budget line, and get the answer from NetSuite.

Is the Expense Agent available now?
It’s in early access. We’re onboarding a small group of NetSuite customers first. Request access and our team will be in touch.
Does it approve expenses?
No. It checks and flags. Your approvers make every decision.
How much data access does AI / LLM have?
The AI / LLM only has access to the specific documents and data provided to it for processing, such as the invoice being read. What does Expense Agent check for?
Duplicate claims, split purchases, spend over policy limits and missing receipts.
Does Expense Agent replace NetSuite expense reports?
No. It works on your existing NetSuite expense reports and approval flow.
Can managers see everyone’s spend?
Each user only sees what their NetSuite role already allows.
