SkyDoc: Seamless Storage & Collaboration
for NetSuite

I implemented this feature for a client that has multiple images and files to store. SkyDoc allows us to take control of our storage and makes the process of uploading and viewing files much easier and cheaper. The other nice thing is the employees are very responsive to requests and willing to get on calls with you if you have questions about the product.

Having only a small amount of data included within our NetSuite subscription, we decided to transfer our current data and link our NetSuite account with AWS – through SkyDoc. The professional services team at Tvarana were great – fast in responding and developed a few customizations that we required to theproduct efficiently and in a slick manner.

From the start of the installation process to completion Tvarana team was nothing short of professional. They completed all the requirements and met the presented delivery date. The install team was extremely easy to work with.

Working with Tvarana has been a great experience. First off, I want to say that their customer service is amazing. After working with another third party for cloud file management and not getting the best service, we were amazed with SkyDoc’s exceptional service.

We were having functionality and storage challenges with NetSuite's File Cabinet and SkyDoc has become a perfect solution to this. Using SkyDoc w/AWS, we are able to save on storage and provide and easy interface via subtab to attach and download files to records.

SkyDoc provided a great solution for maximizing storage usage availability through NetSuite. It was very easy to implement. Once SkyDoc was deployed it was up and running within a couple of hours. The product is very easy to use and more so easier to manage and control data for viewing, sharing and permissions control.

Skydoc is a great App and their support has been responsive and helpful. They are open to feedback and have continued to develop the app. I look forward to seeing some improvements in the future but as it stands I would recommend SkyDoc to anyone looking for a Netsuite file storage solution.

We have been very happy with the solution overall. We have been able to use AWS S3 storage for our files which is more economical over long term. Definitely a must consider if you have plans for DMS and using Netsuite for long term

We've been using SkyDoc for about 2 years now. It allows us to seamlessly integrate AWS into NetSuite which gives us great flexibility for our business.

Although the request was straight forward, the setup and formulas required In NetSuite were INSANELY complicated!!! Thank you for working through them all, and turning around really quickly. We really appreciate your work!
